Nicely done.

Crits which I can offer are minor, but here's my 2 cents worth:

1) Head looks off center. This is due to the angle of the face and the fact there is no visible neck (The gun blocking off the side of the neck may also play a role in this)
2) Her thighs seems to be 2 different lengths (May just be due to colouring *shrugs* )
3) Perspective on the gun is wonky (the butt's perspective doesn't match up with the muzzle)
4) If the shadow on her boob is a nipple, it should be lower down and more to her left.

Ok, now these are very minor things which I've noticed, and not show stoppers, but over all, NICE WORK!

I like the way you coloured it in, but there is a lot of work that could be done to make it better.

I d'know why but when i look at this, it looks rather flat, a bit too delicate i think, you should try a more expressive approach to it i think, go wild with the colour.

Since her helmet has a lot of light coming from it, her body should have more shadows on it i think, same with the helmet,

and thats pretty much all i can say XDD

other than that the colour did come off smooth and the pose is really nice x3
